Your questions (typed or neatly written on paper)
Remaining balance (if applicable)
In the days before your session it is important to write down all questions you have of your Higher Self. Jeanette will use these as a guideline for your hypnosis session.
Do not include explanations or details about the questions. We will discuss them during the session.
The questions should be about YOU - not somebody else.
Questions may be about the following:
Life/Spiritual questions (purpose in life, path, etc.)
Example questions below:
What is my purpose in life? Am I on the right path?
I had something happen in my life. (Experience, dream, knowing, etc.) What was it, and why did it happen?
Is my spouse or relative my soul mate or part of my soul group?
I am in a new love relationship. Is this person the right one for me?
I have a difficult relationship with (my spouse, child, sibling). Why is this, and how can it be healed?
I don't like my job or what I'm studying in school - should I quit?
Why do I have this pain, allergy or illness?
Why can't I lose weight?
I have had (an ailment name) since birth. Why? Can it be healed?
Why do I get this (condition) every time I get stressed?
What lifestyle or dietary changes would most benefit me?
Many years ago I had something strange happen to me. (This could be a dream, vision, feeling, or experience) What exactly happened, and why?
I have a lifelong interest in (name ANY subject) can we explore this in depth?
Am I on my right spiritual path?
Can I meet my spirit guide or guardian angel?
Can I improve my intuitive or psychic skills? How?
How can I create more peace or balance or abundance in my life?
Set your intention to have a great session
Your intention to having a great session is key! Once you've made the decision to have a hypnosis session, your Higher Self begins preparing you to readily communicate with you. Thoughts and energy will automatically begin to flow to you to prepare you for this session.
Caffeine and diet
Limit your use of caffeine for 2-3 days before your session. On the day of your session, if you normally have 2 cups of coffee in the morning, cut it down to one cup; just enough to keep you from getting a caffeine withdrawal headache. The intention is to go into wonderful state of deep relaxation. A clean live diet (fruits and vegetables) is always recommended.
No recreational drugs or alcohol
Don’t drink alcohol the night before and/or the day of your session. A session will not be conducted if the client is under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other substances that alter their state of awareness. Do not take any pills to relax you. This may jeopardize the success of the session. Take any medications that you normally take.
Get a good night's sleep
If you meditate, do so the morning or day of your appointment to help clear your mind. If you don’t meditate, then do something that calms you like taking a nice relaxing walk, petting your pet or listening to some soothing music.
What to eat/drink
Our session could go up to 4 hours so eat something light before you arrive for your session. You may want to pack a snack for after the session too. Don’t forget to drink water! Water is a conductor for energy and that’s what we’ll be doing during your session; channeling and moving energy. Your session will not be affected if you need to empty your bladder during your session.
What to wear
Since you may be lying down for a couple of hours, you should wear comfortable, light, loose-fitting clothes that won't constrict your circulation or over-heat you while you're lying under a blanket. If you typically wear socks to sleep, bring a pair with you so that your feet will feel good. If you wear makeup, keep it light because tears will make that mascara flow.
Practice good hygiene
I am often confined to the room for many hours and other clients mayl be sharing the same space after your session. Please be sure to shower, use deodorant and wear clean clothing. Please avoid using scents or perfume that could linger on the pillow and room. If you’ve colored your hair before your session, perspiration may stain the pillowcase. Let me know before we start the session, so I can put a towel on the pillow.
Your session will consist of two parts; a brief interview process where I get to know you and review your questions and the actual hypnosis session. Your session is a private session. Even though spouses/partners/friends or your children may want to be with you to witness the session, it is a place where you and I need to feel completely safe and that your confidentiality in all matters is observed. Because of this, no one else is allowed in your session or will be permitted to stay. If you are not driving yourself, please make arrangements to have them wait until you contact them after your session in order to pick you up or come to the door.
Each person's experience is totally unique, and you will experience exactly what you need. Release any expectation of what you should feel like when you're in a hypnotic trance or what your session will be like. Just enjoy the experience and let the Universe take care of the details.
Audio and Video Recording
Since you may only remember some of your hypnosis session, I will provide you with a digital recording of your session. It is recommended that you listen to your session frequently in the early days as there will be a wealth of information with more insight coming into your conscious mind from your higher self. Please do NOT listen to it while driving your car! You may share your recording at your discretion but do not upload it onto the internet. I reserve all rights to the recording.
Sessions on YouTube
Due to the personal nature of the sessions, most of my hypnosis sessions are not published on YouTube. If your session has information that would be beneficial for others to hear, I will ask at the end of your session if you want to share it. Personal information and therapy are edited out of the recording.
After Your Session:
You will be fully alert but deeply relaxed and may find yourself in a semi to very blissful state. Sometimes, my clients feel like their body is buzzing with energy. Drinking lots of water is highly recommended to rid the body and flush the system of the many toxins released through this deep energy and self healing work. Eating something after the session will ground you. Therefore, you may wish to bring a snack for after the session. Schedule the rest of your day so that after the session you won't have activities that will require a lot of concentration or physical hard work.
This relaxed feeling will continue for a number of days as the connection to your Higher Self will remain open . You may notice that you sleep deeply and restfully the night after your session, and may even have very vivid dreams. This is a continuation of the interaction between the different levels of your consciousness.
You may also experience the following side effects:
A greater sense of inner peace and a deep connection with your Higher Self.
Feeling at peace with your life which will bring freedom within yourself as you move forward in a newer, more harmonious way.
Sometimes it can take some time to process everything that has happened during a session, especially when many meaningful things can happen in such a short period of time. Pay attention because important information may be coming through to you when you least expect it and you don't want to miss it! Since the vibration of your Higher Self will also be recorded, you will continue to receive insight and self-healing any time you listen to the recording of your session.
Resist questioning whether the information you received during the session was 'imagined' or 'made up'. Whether the information revealed was an analogy, metaphor, symbolic, or a subliminal 'reality', stay open minded and allow the insights to continue downloading and you will see how the 'dot's connect with your life as you were experiencing it. Your energetic clearing, healing and detoxing will be ongoing for a number of days after your session.
